Gossip- Fastest way of communication

Hi,

This is my first blog, I find myself technically challenged so thought of giving it a try. Today I am sitting alone in my office wondering why employees gossip, if they gossip then they should do it in a manner that the person about whom they gossip should not learn about it. But no the person about whom rumours are spread is the first one to know about this. But then I realised we all love to gossip, we all love to make fun of others, because we cannot do anything else to that person as he is more smarter, sharper than you. Basically gossip is the shortest and easiest way to express your hatred or uncomfortableness or you can impose your superiority on others.

To me its just a way of communication, when other means fail
